So... not much is new, we had some retarded snow storm on Thursday, which just made me more mad because I now have to wait even longer to shoot what I want.

Anyways, got some new poles today for the rig, thanks to one of my good friends dad actually, he said if I take pictures of his car(Mustang Mach 1, I forget that year though... older like 70' something lol, anyway its insanely nice) and one of his friends old school muscle. So it will be nice to get away from the whole import thing and have other cars to photograph haha. They are 6 ft long, screw together, and i can keep adding to it, and they are SUPER light, which is fantastic! I am quite excited, but I dont want to do rig shots all the time, everyone seems to be heading that direction, and I'd rather see some real nice rolling shots instead.

I dont even remember the last time I turned on my camera, but this summer its going to be getting its usage. I found another way to edit in Lightroom, so we'll see how that goes. This is just another useless post if you havent figured out by now. I put an order for a 135 f/2 and then that should do it for the collection until I save forever and maybe get a 5D mk2 but that wont be for a very long time.
New Imac's did come out but I think I'm going to wait for that, since theres no point in having that computer if I have 0 pictures to edit. Anyway, random post, I got home, its not 230 am and I was bored. Hopefully this "blog" gets a little bit more.. interesting. :)

Heres that Tacoma shot I was talking about. Turned out alot better then I was thinking, although the sun was right behind it, so even with a ND9 and F/22 it was still so very bright haha. Focus was good though, these new poles I'm using are working pretty good.

I used the XTI, still have yet to use the 50D for some rig shots, but it went really well, I'd suggest everyone go pick up a Tokina 11-16 2.8 if you havent already, very nice lens.

Probly wont be shooting something automotive for a while now, we got a fresh layer of snow the next day after these pictures and nothings really melted.. which is gay but I guess thats what you gotta deal with living here. I'll be putting up more shots soon, so some reedits of things, just to get ready.

I'm also looking at getting a new computer, preferrably a Mac, but they say theres new Imac's coming out.. so maybe wait for those? I dont know.. we'll see!
